A recognition of authentic sustainability
Our SIP project has been honoured for its authentic and collaborative sustainability approach.

The jury highlighted how convincingly the project connects producers, guests and gastronomy. The collaboration with Harald Gasser and the menu created entirely around his products turned sustainability into a sensory, emotional experience. The partnership with Eliksir in Poland further demonstrated how valuable cross-border exchange can be when developing sustainable concepts.
For us, this award is an incentive to continue: strengthening regional value chains, building long-term relationships with producers and offering our guests sustainability as an experience rooted in flavour, awareness and authenticity.
